The hotel was very clean and had modern facilities. It was conveniently located close to South Kensington tube station and within walking distance to museums and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in a sister hotel across the road.

The room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was really good. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The receptionist we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. We had a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is located in a monitored park, making it a safe and pleasant environment. It is also conveniently close to South Ken tube station and opposite the Gloucester Road tube station, providing easy access to transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean, with recent refurbishments. guests can enjoy a nice breakfast served in the opposite hotel.
The elevator is often out of order, causing inconvenience for guests.

I stayed at a hotel located in a peaceful area that was positioned for the museums in the area. The staff who went the extra mile to deliver an excellent service were nice and tried to help within what management allowed. Room amenities such as in-room safe, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and air conditioning were available.
Some of the staff members did try and help, however, they did not seem to be supported by management. Despite this, I would still recommend this place to families looking for a nice hotel to stay in.

Amazing staff! They really treated me like a VIP and were pretty good too make my stay special. They even organized birthday decorations for my husband, a wonderful surprise. The room was lovely, comfortable, and had a great view. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff at the breakfast service.
I was a bit disappointed with a few things. the beds could have been better as they weren't the most comfortable.

Great location near museums and public transport. Clean rooms with comfy bed and good heating. Friendly and supportive staff. Large room with high ceilings, modern fixtures, and plenty of storage space. Easy check-in process with helpful staff.
